Cafe2 Oyster & Grill喺上環屹立多年，以前喺呢頭返工成日嚟食lunch，轉工後已好少嚟，今次舊地重遊真係好懷念呢間紅磚牆英倫古堡風情嘅餐廳。燈光柔和，氣氛一流，最緊要係食物質素高而且CP值高，店員亦都好親切友善。👨🍳🍽️我地四位舊同事叫左個holiday special menu，非常豐富:🍵黑松露蘑菇湯： 開始呢餐時，我哋點咗黑松露蘑菇湯，味道濃郁，黑松露嘅香氣同蘑菇嘅滑溜質感完全結合，好正。👍🏻🥗Parma Ham Caesar Salad： 呢個沙律清爽新鮮，沙律菜混合香脆麵包糠同煙肉粒，加上鹹香味十足嘅巴馬火腿同芝士片，豐富滿足。🥓🧀🥗煙三文魚芝麻菜沙律： 另一款沙律用咗煙三文魚同芝麻菜，帶有微微甜味嘅三文魚同清爽嘅蔬菜，令整體味道更均衡。🐟🔥碳燒南非和牛： 套餐包兩塊牛扒，10oz嘅南非和牛西冷同10oz和牛肋眼，炭燒得啱啱好，肉質滑嫩，油花分佈均勻，五成熟嘅牛扒咬落去超多汁，真係一試難忘。🥩🍨甜品拼盤： 最後嘅甜品拼盤有雪糕、焦糖燉蛋、Brownie同朱古力餅，份量大到有啲誇張，但每樣都色香味俱全，特別係焦糖燉蛋，口感滑順，焦糖香甜與蛋香完美融合，幸福感爆棚。🍰🐚生蠔： 我地另加生蠔，餐廳有6款生蠔供應，我哋試咗其中4款：Spain Pearl (西班牙)：口感滑嫩，帶有海水味，略帶甘甜。Irish Rock (愛爾蘭)：有重嘅鹹鮮味，蠔味濃厚。Elizabeth (南非)：味道濃郁，蠔肉厚實。St Martin (法國)：帶有獨特果香，海水味濃。🦪另外值得一讚係全體員工都好有禮，外籍老闆亦好親切，親自幫我地四位靚女斟酒，非常愉快嘅一個晚上，真心推介比大家

Awesome oysters with drinks and nice atmosphere😊Seasonal Oysters🦪~The seasonal oysters that we chose Irish Rock and Saint Martin from France. Irish Rock a little bit sweet and Saint Martin oyster tastes complex, juicy and full of salty seawater.Sous Vide Wagyu Carpaccio with Balsamic Cream🍴~Sliced raw wagyu carpaccio, served with olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and Balsamic cream. The combination of the tender, rich beef with the peppery arugula creates a delightful balance of flavors.Gambad Al Ajillo 🍤~ Great to enjoy the traditional Spanish Garlic Shrimp with plenty of garlic and tender shrimps. Served with Spanish bread.Char Grilled Seafood Platter🦐~Platter mixed with grilled seafood included tiger prawns, scallop and Barramudi fillet. Enjoy the dishes and paired with white wine 🍸Wagyu Fillet🥩~The 7oz Wagyu Fillet Mignon melted in mouth. Came from South Africa with much tender. Nice to pair with red wine 🍷 Dessert Platter 🍨 ~Lovely dessert at the end of the meal. Mixed with cream brulee, cheese cake, vanilla Ice-cream & tiramisu cake. 😋

性價比生蠔專門店煙三文魚凱撒沙律清新可口，煙熏既三文魚與脆口生菜完美配合，好開胃既前菜。三款生蠔西班牙珍珠生蠔肉質肥厚，較creamy，愛爾蘭石蠔蠔肉較飽滿，爽滑兼備法國聖馬田生蠔較鮮甜西班牙蒜味蝦蝦肉勁嫩口彈牙，蒜香超濃郁，搭配多士野味。慢煮和牛野菌意大利飯和牛肉嫩滑，牛味濃厚，野菌既中和更相得益彰，意大利飯汁較少，一啲都唔爛。皇后薄餅餅底酥脆，芝士濃香又不膩，份量都好大份。法式焦糖燉蛋滑順如絲，焦糖的香甜令人陶醉。朱古力心太軟伴雲呢拿電糕熱融既巧克力心流出，搭配香滑雲呢拿電糕，令人一再回味。
