西環呢間西餐廳格調一流，而且有歌手現場唱歌，氣氛浪漫。食物非常有水準。而這裏出名生蠔，有多種生蠔選擇。生蠔方面我選了Gillardeau及Castillo, Gillardeau是法國名牌生蠔，當然有一定水準，海水味夠而且味道濃郁，非常Creamy，而 Castillo來自西班牙，味道清甜，肉質同樣Creamy，配上我們的白酒，與及white Sangria，簡直是絕配。前菜我選了「檸汁醃八爪魚」以及「西班牙蒜味蝦」，兩個前菜都份量十足，味道絕對不會迅色。檸汁八爪魚肉質鮮味煙靭，酸酸的檸檬汁，加上牛油果肉，非常之開胃。而西班牙蒜味蝦用鐵鑊上，熱辣辣的味道不錯，配上法包，非常好食。「炭燒澳洲斧頭扒」，雖然我們叫了s size份量，份量都非常大件，我們叫了medium rare，肉質鮮嫩牛味濃郁，而且有炭燒嘅香味， side dish 配上薯條，絕對係高質牛扒嘅級數。最後甜品我地好貪心樣樣都想試，所以叫咗「甜品拼盤」，包括有雪糕、Brownie、cheese cake、crème brûlée. 樣樣都唔錯，我特別喜歡那個crème brûlée，非常Creamy表面焦糖非常鬆脆，好滿足傾偈、聽歌，與及享受美食，環境情調浪漫，真係啱晒朋友、情侶來聚餐談天！ continue reading

最近，我和妹妹一起慶祝生日，選擇了 Cafe 2 Oyster & Grill 這家餐廳。這裡的海鮮新鮮美味，氛圍輕鬆。我們點了 海鮮拼盤、炒蘑菇和大蒜蝦，最後還享用了朱古力心太軟伴雲呢拿雪糕，這一餐讓我們感受到無比的幸福。首先上桌的是 Grilled Seafood Platter。這道拼盤的呈現相當吸引，色彩繽粉。拼盤內含有蝦、魚以及帶子等多種海鮮，搭配檸檬汁，清新的酸味使其更加美味。蝦肉鮮嫩，經過燒烤後的外皮微微焦脆，讓人一口接一口，完全停不下來。我們品嚐了 Sautéed Mushrooms and Garlic Prawns。這道菜的香氣撲鼻而來，炒蘑菇的香味與大蒜的濃郁味道交織在一起，讓人垂涎欲滴。蝦子煮得恰到好處，搭配上炒蘑菇，口感相得益彰。這道菜的調味十分講究，既有大蒜的香氣，又不會過於油膩，完美地襯托出蝦和蘑菇的鮮味。最後，我們迎來了甜品——朱古力心太軟伴雲呢拿雪糕。這道甜品的外觀十分誘人，巧克力蛋糕的外層微微酥脆，內裡則是濃郁的巧克力流心，搭配上香滑的雲呢拿雪糕，簡直是絕配。每一口都讓人感受到巧克力的濃厚與雪糕的清新，甜而不膩，讓人一試成主顧。 continue reading

今次搵食搵到港島西，經朋友介紹黎到西環皇后大道西既Cafe 2，聽講佢哋既斧頭扒好出名！🍽️ 首先黎個西班牙蒜蓉蝦（Gambas a Guilho）$128 🦐。蒜蓉香味四溢，蝦肉鮮甜彈牙，配埋法包片一齊食真係一流，好惹味。🌟 重頭戲當然係炭燒澳洲斧頭扒（Tomahawk Steak）🥩，大約40oz，好大塊，而且好香炭燒既味道。我哋影完相之後，店員幫我哋切好一件件，排得好整齊，真係霸氣十足，牛扒本身已經醃製過，加少量海鹽一齊食，肉味更加出，真係入口即溶。😋 法國蠔（St. Martin）$29 🦪，清甜爽口，有海洋氣息，超新鮮，朋友話配白酒就更完美！ 最後黎個甜品：奶凍配森林漿果同果園水果 🍓🍇。奶凍滑溜溜，配上新鮮果香，清新得來唔會太甜，完美收尾！🍮 Cafe 2位於香港大學站和西營盤站之間，雖然距離西營盤站近啲，但由香港大學站出行一條直路就到，對於唔熟路既朋友來講會容易啲。 總結：呢度食材新鮮、環境chill、服務一流，值回票價！下次有機會一定要再黎！👍🍽️ Cafe 2 Oyster n Grill 📍西環西營盤皇后大道西371號樂信大廈地下C&D號舖 continue reading
