今日帶老爺奶奶去位於灣仔的盛記海鮮酒家食晚飯,地方唔大,但整潔乾淨。今日叫左個例牌乳豬,燒乳豬係呢間酒樓嘅招牌菜,用兩塊陳餅夾住乳豬皮嚟食,呢個懷舊食法好耐冇試過,乳豬皮脆到發嗦嗦聲,真係超正。木瓜煲豬踭湯,清甜滋潤,奶奶話飲落一啲味精都冇落,真材實料,飲左三大碗👍‌游水大班兩味,碧綠翡翠炒球,炒得非常香滑件件啖啖肉,夠獲氣,金銀蒜蒸頭腩夠晒惹味。好正啊!自己喺屋企做唔到呢個效果。‌肉絲炒米粉,米粉唔知廚師是煎定炸,好香脆,配埋嫩滑嘅肉絲假超好味嘅芡汁,平凡菜色都變唔平凡。豉油王蝦碌,用新鮮海中蝦炸過後再用秘製頭抽爆炒,食到手指都要舐埋🤣🤣
