已經好多好多年沒有寫過食評,但這次真是不吐不快。一行十二人第一次在這餐廳用餐,訂了每人一隻、共十二隻豉椒炒蟶子皇,相信大家都知道正常吃新鮮蟶子是怎樣的,這餐廳的蟶子居然是碎上!切到每條只有大概一兩寸長!碎濕濕上菜的蟶子真是嘆為觀止!如果碎上的話為什麼我們要order每人一隻呢?估計這裏加起上來八隻蟶子也沒有!其他食物不過不失,老實說欖角冰排骨和脆皮芝麻雞味道還算不錯,可是這樣不老實的店家真的沒有下次了。

Full range of many choices including lots of hot pot dishes and stews. The restaurant was packed even though we arrived later at 8pm.

Definitely a reminder of old HK style restaurant quality. Serving portions were large and not too salty. The oxtail in red wine sauce was rich in taste and oxtail was soft and fell off the bone. The seafood & tofu hotpot had a variety of seafood and the tofu was super soft and melted in your mouth.

Book early and enjoy the amazing atmosphere, hospitality and service!!

They even gave us complimentary green bean Chinese dessert.❤️

晚餐來到《盛記酒家》,位於灣仔的一間粵式酒樓,格局有點像街坊小菜館,小菜選擇甚多。我們點了份「乾隆醉雞」,原本以為小食會很細碟,來到居然份量也不少哦!雞肉嫩滑帶點油脂,酒香中滲出藥材香味,咀嚼後有陣陣回甘。「金瑤琵琶豆腐」是廣東老菜之一,不是太多地方有做,難得遇上,當然立馬下單啦!外脆內軟,表面還有瑤柱絲作點綴。「鮮菠蘿咕嚕蝦球」是這裡最出名的菜式,酸酸甜甜,份外開胃,蝦球爽口彈牙,用上青椒、紅椒同洋蔥等蔬菜做配料,增加了不少口感的層次感。最後仲有綠豆沙做甜品😋這間酒樓免開瓶費又不限時, 難怪每枱客桌上總有幾瓶紅酒啦!咁計又幾抵喎!岩曬三五知己過黎聚餐😉

今天來了盛記酒家吃晚餐,地點位於會展站天橋下面,位置十分方便。中菜菜式選擇多,店員也很親切友善介紹著名餐點。荔枝蜜叉燒皇(例) $168第一次吃由荔枝蜜燒的叉燒,一上桌已經有撲鼻而來的香味,非常吸引。叉燒色澤鮮艷,肉質肥瘦均勻,荔枝蜜較平時街外的叉燒較香甜,例牌的份量都很多,我們兩個人吃都吃不完。干撈海皇粉絲煲 $168粉絲煲看起來是金黃色,吃起來有咸蛋黃香,不會死咸而且配有炸豬油塊、魷魚,鮮味十足。煲的保溫程度很高,吃到最後粉絲仍然是熱的,調味都是我們喜歡的,十分推薦籠仔客家蒸滑雞(例) $148這道菜式是即叫即製的所以製作需時,但絕對值得等待!籠仔裏用荷葉作鋪墊,配以店家特製的梅菜蒸滑雞,既有荷葉香而且保留雞的嫩滑,蒸的火候也是恰到好處,雞件份量多,味道很好吃,喜歡吃中菜的都很建議點這個菜。

第一次吃由荔枝蜜燒的叉燒,一上桌已經有撲鼻而來的香味,非常吸引。叉燒色澤鮮艷,肉質肥瘦均勻,荔枝蜜較平時街外的叉燒較香甜,例牌的份量都很多,我們兩個人吃都吃不完。

干撈海皇粉絲煲 $168
粉絲煲看起來是金黃色,吃起來有咸蛋黃香,不會死咸而且配有炸豬油塊、魷魚,鮮味十足。煲的保溫程度很高,吃到最後粉絲仍然是熱的,調味都是我們喜歡的,十分推薦

籠仔客家蒸滑雞(例) $148
這道菜式是即叫即製的所以製作需時,但絕對值得等待!籠仔裏用荷葉作鋪墊,配以店家特製的梅菜蒸滑雞,既有荷葉香而且保留雞的嫩滑,蒸的火候也是恰到好處,雞件份量多,味道很好吃,喜歡吃中菜的都很建議點這個菜。
