筋子係三文魚籽未去薄膜之前,未經漬過,所以係更加鮮味. Ricky San記得我鍾意食呢個,咁橋又有貨,整件俾我做壓軸,真係超級滿意!!! 太開心喇!!! 

所以每次去Ricky San度,除左食物美味之外,同Ricky San傾計都好開心架!!
