岩盤牛扒大大嘅鐵板, 燒到紅卜卜咁!! 侍應帶我哋去到一個卡位, 枱面就係塊鐵板!! 侍應好快就拎咗塊牛扒上枱, 仲有啲配菜同埋醬汁!! 塊牛扒好靚, 紋理清晰, 色澤鮮紅!! 侍應幫我哋將塊牛扒放咗上塊鐵板度!! 一放上去, 就聽到「嘶嘶」聲, 好鬼正！好快, 塊牛扒嘅表面就開始滲出肉汁, 陣陣香味撲鼻而來!! 我急不及待咁拎起塊牛扒, 切咗細細舊放入口!! 牛扒嘅肉質好嫩滑, 肉汁好豐富, 每一啖都充滿肉香!! 我哋試咗唔同嘅醬汁, 各有特色!! 最鍾意嘅係燒烤汁, 鹹鹹甜甜, 好惹味!!
