香港人一向鍾意去泰國,泰式料理都好受歡迎,係香港都有好多泰式料理店,今次搵到太和嘅木屋大排檔,係OpenRice 見到d相好吸引,夜晚就去試下好唔好食招牌係紅白藍嘅霓虹燈,夜晚一眼就見到。一開始好奇點解呢間店會叫木屋大排檔,入到去見到店內裝修就知道,牆面以竹木為主,比起大型連鎖店,更像一種特式小店嘅感覺今次就試左軟殼蟹米紙卷、冬陰功明爐烏頭同埋泰式海鮮炒粉絲,飲品當然要叫返個椰青軟殼蟹米紙卷口感豐富,米紙包住菜、芒果、軟殼蟹,一啖咬落去勁夾唔會太油,推薦作為前菜 冬陰功明爐烏頭好大條,烏頭呢款魚肉質好,但本身冇咩味,配冬陰功呢款濃味啲湯就最好,由於係明爐,可以保持溫度,令到食到最後都仲可以食到熱辣辣嘅烏頭另外海鮮炒粉絲都好香口,椰青好鮮甜,可以食埋果肉

軟殼蟹米紙卷口感豐富,米紙包住菜、芒果、軟殼蟹,一啖咬落去勁夾
唔會太油,推薦作為前菜

冬陰功明爐烏頭好大條,烏頭呢款魚肉質好,但本身冇咩味,配冬陰功呢款濃味啲湯就最好,由於係明爐,可以保持溫度,令到食到最後都仲可以食到熱辣辣嘅烏頭
另外海鮮炒粉絲都好香口,椰青好鮮甜,可以食埋果肉
