體育館重開,第一時間與友人與鳳琴街體育館做運動。消耗大量體力後,當然要吃多一點補充體力。是次選擇廣東菜較為少油份,適合運動後進食,盡量增肌不增肪脂嘛。柱侯牛筋併牛腩飯 - $49華南的柱侯醬與牛肉就是絕配,醬汁濃郁滋味,配上牛腩特別嫩滑甘香,牛筋晶瑩的有點爽滑,蘿蔔清甜不膩。牛腩豬手撈 - $42同樣也有牛腩,中式豬手軟軟腍腍,吃得滿口油香。撈麵的醬汁用上腩汁,吸收了牛雜牛腩等的精華,好濃郁惹味。還配有高湯可一乾三濕。淨清湯崩沙腩 - $65原來想要瘦一點的牛腩應該是坑腩,不過錯有錯著,崩沙腩更加矜贵。雖略帶肥肉,但勝在連著軟筋有帶點嚼勁,肉汁又香甜。潮式腐皮卷 - $19腐皮卷切片邊緣的腐皮炸得很香酥,裡面主要有豬肉和蝦肉,口感頗彈牙。灑上少許蜜糖調味,還有點桂花味,平衡炸物的油膩感。油菜 +$7一人加一碟生菜不用爭,份量頗多,約有一整條。細炸魚皮 +$8魚皮新鮮炸起,還熱騰騰,香脆無腥味,鬆脆可口,還配上滾熱的高湯。凍雪梨菊花茶 +$8兩者味道均屬清淡,配合起來有點清甜,頗有消滯感凍檸茶 +$7
