Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

川式惹味雞煲

本身好鍾意食雞煲，尤其喜歡辣味雞煲，呢間都開咗好耐，朋友話川菜好食，但今日就反而食佢個雞煲，要咗個中辣，上枱時先即場再炒到好香，再用蓋焗佢一陣，雞件吸哂啲辣汁好惹味，雞件又夠滑食完雞就再加湯打邊爐，肥牛當然唔少得，牛味都好濃，肉質有咬口，我反而更鍾意另外再叫咗竹生，吸哂啲湯汁勁美味又香辣鵝腸都好大條，入口好爽口，份量都好多喔估唔到呢到啲粟米都好甜，香辣味道帶粟米甜味好正整體都好好味，而且價錢好親民，下次會再嚟
