To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日 #小秘書未夠一點就要去到 #南朗山上堂🏊🏻‍♀️，三點又趕去 #尖沙咀見 #中醫哥哥... 真係忙到呢🥵 最終又係要搞到四點幾先食飯👀 見路程唔係太遠，就不如行過去 #佐敦搵食，睇吓 #賣絲襪嘅檔口有無開，順手入啲貨🛍遠遠已經見到「澳牛」門口排哂長龍，但係我反而想搵啲新嘢試吓🥢 行過兩間舖，見到大大個招牌「澳門咖哩王神鮮腩」，餐廳裡面仲裝修到 #金壁輝煌咁，就去試試啦。坐抵見到四周圍環境，我先醒起早輪嚟過食早餐，仲記得佢哋啲 #沙嗲牛肉好好味㗎😄 今日終於有機會試吓其他。餐牌上介紹 #必食佢哋嘅 #川醬乾炒牛河，既然我都冇idea食啲咩，咁就試吓佢啦😄 #小秘書唔食得太辣，所以落單時我叮囑要「BB辣」🌶 新鮮熱鬧嘅 #川醬乾炒牛河終於出爐，#牛肉同 #河粉嘅比例幾乎係一比一，鑊氣夠、而且牛肉又夠嫩滑🤩 不過口味對 #小秘書嚟講依然係辣咗啲，要飲哂 #一罐可樂加 #一杯凍檸檬茶先至救到火🥵 #小秘書渣豆！
