這間滾餃隱藏於駱駝漆工廈之中,裝修簡單,餐牌亦不花巧,主打手工餃子,除了堂食,還有生餃可以外賣,今日見到有員工會即場包餃,所以他們的餃子很新鮮吧。他們提供7款不同的餃子,有湯餃/煎餃,可選8隻/10隻,還可以配粉麵,或者可以雙併餃子。點了一碗8隻的蒜芯鮮蝦豬肉餃配上海湯麵($60),湯底是豬骨湯底,餃子大隻皮薄,有原隻彈牙的蝦仁,爽脆的蒜芯及豬肉的軟腍,口感豐富好味,再配埋上海麵,十分飽肚。另一碗是8隻的雙併湯餃子,是京蔥豬肉餃併香茜豬肉餃($46). 每隻餃子都脹卜卜的,京蔥/香茜跟豬肉比例一半半,兩款比較,香茜餃味道會比較突出。餐廳亦有提供數款冷盤小食,麻辣木耳($28),用蔥花香蒜來撈,惹味開胃。而飲品我要推介他們自家製的支裝奶茶,幼滑香濃,不太甜。
