自從多咗去九龍灣嗰邊做嘢之後, 發現多咗好多隱世餐廳。 今日去咗牛頭角站附近嘅呢間西餐, 真係估唔到工廈都有咁高級嘅餐廳。工廠大廈其貌不揚, 外面睇一啲都唔覺得咁正入到入面就發現裝修幾靚, 而且每樣擺設都好有心思, 例如好似呢個發光嘅水壺, 傳統特色得嚟又有啲新潮嘅藝術創意 仲有呢個用碟做嘅牆壁, 都係傳統與現代混埋一齊你間餐廳個名話佢唔係廚房, 其實就並非一般嘅廚房咁解, 無論擺設定係煮嘅嘢食都見到餐廳每一位員工嘅心血點餐之後我即刻上枱嘅係麵包同餅乾, 麵包焗得個皮好脆, 入面鬆軟, 餅乾條鹹鹹地幾開胃, 用嚟點湯就一流 今日嘅餐湯係 甘筍薑忌廉湯, 濃濃嘅 甘筍味 加少少薑調味, 個湯做得好滑另外呢個牛油梨鮮蝦沙律就更得, 唔單止賣相有心思, 食落仲好有層次感, 牛油果好柔軟, 加上調咗味嘅梨同蝦肉, 混埋一齊食, 上面仲有幾隻爽口嘅鮮蝦, 感覺新派主菜係呢個吉列黑松露牛柳, 絕對係好有工架, 黑松露加咗喺吉列脆皮入面, 份量啱啱好, 香得嚟冇搶走牛柳嘅味, 牛柳都煮得好冧,好嫩口呢個pork belly就仲勁,咁厚肉嘅腩仔煮得好均勻, 皮脆肉嫩, 咸度啱啱好, 再加埋燒過之後依然

餐飲方面有呢個bloody Mary, 三種唔同嘅會加上梳打水, 甜度唔太過份, 加埋有果肉喺入面 ,非常大杯可以飲成個鐘, 性價比高

仲有套餐包埋一個甜品, 鮮果乳酪, 手打嘅乳酪下面 鋪滿咗水果, 乳酪新鮮, 調味啱啱好, 酸酸甜甜有夠滑, 食完之後好滿足感完成一餐
