To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友响九龍灣返工，佢介紹有一間餃子店好鬼有heart～個湯餃竟然用自家淆製嘅住家湯？！今日捉埋老細嚟試下～湯餃分八隻同十隻，有好多口味～我哋叫咗芫茜豬肉餃（煎餃）同白菜豬肉餃（湯餃）～煎餃外脆內軟，非常juicy～芫茜好香，餡料充足！白菜豬肉餃都幾大隻，一樣好飽滿～個湯係老黃瓜蘿蔔豬骨湯，食完餃子，當然要飲埋個湯啦！！小食都有幾款，拍青瓜、小木耳、萵筍……都係麻辣口味～要一試嘅係佢有個私伙辣菜脯，非常惹味！一定要問老闆娘攞！！响呢頭返工嘅朋友，如果湯水唔夠，呢個都真係幾不錯嘅選擇！！
