寸金尺士, 很多小店抵不了昂貴的租金, 都紛紛搬上樓上舖, especially係觀塘工廈, 當天新界區的朋友仔, 話要衝出新界, 一到觀塘尋找隱世美食, 多得"地膽"帶我地去Bella Shine, 地鐵站行過去只需5~10分鐘, 也很方便易找的 工廈有個好處係人少D, 同埋租金平D, 呢個係主打西日fushion菜當晚朋友仔先上來搵位, 地方很方正, 有4~50個座位, 難得的不是吵耳的環境而且還有VIP房間, 一大班朋友上來也不怕聲浪影響到其他食客前菜是安疊野(其實係日本其中一個地方)豆腐沙津, 豆腐由日本進口, 好滑, 加入松子仁, 增添口感, 配以淡淡的醬汁, 唯一不足是菜有點兒苦, 總括也是一道不錯的頭盤小吃接著, 是串燒拼盤, (左起)有豬頸肉, 雞翼 雞軟骨及雞肉棒, 當中以豬頸肉最好味, 香脆又不鞋口, 雞肉棒亦很特別, 內面鑲了軟骨, 令口感更特別醬燒活鰻, 綞灸燒過後, 表面有少許燒焦, 但呢到既鰻魚厚切完, 食到既係啖啖富醬汁的肥美魚肉, 廚師還加了菊花花瓣在鰻魚上面點綴, 令鰻魚賣相更加吸引呢主廚把日式的半熟流心蛋及蟹籽加入carbonara, 將carbon
