oct 17, 11...........有4x幾人咁多..........攪手包場安排咗 :1) 冰鎮拼盤-有翼,腎,豬耳,豬手-無食到翼,豬耳好有咬口,挺身-調味溫和,不夠重手2) 冰醉瀨尿蝦-好肥大,近乎1隻筷子咁長-好少個頭,前臂會有肉-初時睇個名,以為好似潮/滬式咁用酒生醃而成-其實喺熟嘅-以花雕浸過,所以食到溫和嘅酒香,濃d更佳,第1次食有酒味嘅熟瀨尿蝦-肉質結實,鮮味度ok,但唔算重3) 黃金蝦-上枱已聞到好香嘅鹹蛋黃-隻蝦嘅肉唔夠爽口,但又唔喺霉-反而對鹹蛋黃茸好有興趣,唔乾,又唔實,very gd4) 胡椒焗蟹-唔知喺咪我時運高,我夾正嘅蟹肉唔喺結實,有點水,好似食緊9肚魚,喺滑嘟嘟,唔多得-其後食友夾多件食,聽說肉質好番d-胡椒味溫和5) 松茸蒸水蛋-個蛋好滑滑,仲帶點甜味添-very very gd,送白飯1流6) 黑椒雞蛋焗魚腸-很足料,有魚腸,魚肝,"痴"埋d魚膏油,陳皮,油炸鬼面-又熱,有甘香,唔多覺有苦味-所以有水準7) 叉燒炸大腸-叉燒過甜,佢嘅煮法唔同平時食開嘅燒出嚟,賣相麻麻,肉色過白淨,肉質幸好唔實,都腍,非個人所好-反而個大腸好得,皮很薄脆,唔好

-反而個大腸好得,皮很薄脆,唔好睇佢超肥,但d膏很油香,丁點異味都無........不過只夠膽食1件

-老細介紹先食南乳骨,後食鎮江骨
-熱辣辣,南乳味出,表面微脆,肉質鬆,又唔洗吐骨,送酒佳選
-而鎮江骨則甜咗d,原來店方用上了麥芽糖

-繼灣仔x記美食嘅出名糯米飯之外...........呢個喺另1個佳作
-唔諗喺首要條件,+上脆花生,甜臘腸,罕有+埋炸過嘅蒜粒,所以香度比x記美食更出
-食友話如+埋蝦米會更perfect
-略嫌色水唔夠深

* 多謝晒攪手安排

* 其實小店都幾有誠意...........菜色都有創意,又肯花時間做..........雖不是每1樣都出色............但以工廠大廈內嘅食肆計.......做到有好幾味出色的招牌菜.........已是好唔錯了...............店方介紹下次可以訂佢嘅冬瓜盅同100寶鴨試吓

* 食友慷慨拿出godiva送比佢嘅朱古力請大家食...............我好狼咁食咗4粒~~~~
