觀塘作為時興的覓食熱點,不斷有新的高質餐廳進駐區內,單是工廈內的選擇已多如繁星。我愛串燒,卻喜歡原汁原味的港式烹調甚於濃辣調味的孜然川燒。蘑菇雞肉飯團$28,脆口嘅飯團外層,煙韌十足,雞肉餡料較少。厚切牛脷$38@,汁香肉稔,肉色依然粉嫩,與一般的牛舌韌不一樣的口感,非常惹味!煙肉芝士大蘑菇$38@,蘑菇非常juicy,煙肉加芝士的調味配搭無得輸!蘆筍$22,簡單以鹽燒調味,爽脆鮮甜。燒大蜆$55 (1份),有十數隻蜆,尺寸不算大但味道鮮甜冇沙。炸松葉蟹鉗$58(4隻),有點失望,蟹鉗細且只去了一半殻,只能咬到少許蟹肉,如果能將整個鉗去殻效果會較好。燒油甘魚鮫$68,肉多抵食,油脂豐腴,鮫位魚肉最滑,呷點醬汁更能中和油膩提升鮮味。在觀塘工廈總能以平民價錢吃到高質食材和食物,難怪成為週末好去處!
