短期內幫襯左呢間餐廳兩次,因為食物質素高,值得得encore 。今次叫左燒原棵羅馬生菜,有驚喜,燒既時間剛剛好,不太生不太老,好juice。燒牛骨髓配燒香草蕃茄.脆多士,剛入口會覺得牛骨髓有D油,但配上多士恰到好處,吸左D油,而且texture好夾。炸蝦肉釀雞翼珍寶珠,上次試左好好食,今次又encore!。黑松露大啡菇雜菌波菜扁麵,好香黑松露,麵質好彈牙。慢煮加拿大豬鞍配甜酸豬腩,豬腩入口既溶,豬鞍都幾爽口,。整體都好好味
