最近頻頻出去食飯,今日又有走咗上觀塘工廈嘅其中一間餐廳,見佢網上一個負評都冇,黎試吓真偽。餐廳Menu一張紙睇曬, open kitchen出邊另外有塊黑板寫上廚師推介,我哋就點咗個煎鵝肝、慢煮和牛面頰、法式焗田螺同埋雀肉牛柳。法式焗田螺- 田螺夠晒入味,香到忍唔住要將食剩嘅汁倒埋出嚟,焗得微香嘅薯蓉都係一大亮點,非常幼滑,散發濃濃嘅香草同牛油味道,開始第一啖已經停唔到口,不過食多幾啖開始覺得個味道重左少少,對我來講有啲偏鹹。香煎鵝肝- 鵝肝煎得香口,香濃嘅鵝肝味充斥口腔!有厚度,配上黑醋同果片,中和油膩感,不敗之作。慢煮和牛面頰- 呢個有少少失望,又唔係唔好食,不過見到廚師推介仲加咗粒星,諗住會有啲特別,可能期望太高,但係食落反而冇咩驚喜。雀肉牛柳-一個比較舊嘅功夫菜式,唔係周圍都食到㗎,我哋都係為咗呢個菜式而黎 !將豬肝醬塗喺牛柳上,再用豬網油包住煎香,豬油嘅香加埋肝醬嘅濃同煮得軟淋嘅牛柳融為一體,而且整整有兩塊牛柳,份量大得驚人,一個人應該食唔晒。不過味道同第一個dish有d似,對我來講都係鹹左啲。食完塊牛柳有啲滯⋯本身想叫嘅甜品都已經無位再食落去,就留待下次嚟幫襯嘅時候再試過啦

食完塊牛柳有啲滯⋯本身想叫嘅甜品都已經無位再食落去,就留待下次嚟幫襯嘅時候再試過啦!


順便一提,呢度唔收加一,而家來講真係好少有,以食物質素來講性價比係高嘅!但工廈食店限制就係樓底比較矮,變得比較困聲, 其中一台全晚講嘢比較大聲感覺就較嘈。


另一入門口見到有唔同嘅朱古力、馬卡龍(上網再睇先知原來佢叫Cocoron)同蛋糕仔賣,都幾靚㗎~我估係做埋宴會回禮果一種,做得幾精緻。雖然唔係每款食物口味都啱我,但係的確好佩服同埋欣賞兩位主廚嘅努力同創意!
