以前喺火炭番工,當然知道工廈食肆林立;估唔到搬office 到鰂魚涌之後,呢邊嘅工廈一樣有驚喜!呢間位於鰂魚涌嘅西餐廳(其實太古站落會比較近),出名性價比高,份量亦驚人,同男仔fd去就最好不過!夜晚八點去到,個場未算好爆,空間感充足,環境不錯!揭開menu,見到佢地有set嗌,但友人反而想單點,咁就單點啦!先嚟自家製意色牛肉丸伴香草番茄醬!呢個肉丸簡直無得輸!高度推介!牛丸肉味濃,質感鬆化,配上茄味超重既茄茸,口感十足呢!之後就係傳統波里式活蜆意大利粉。意粉一上枱熱辣辣,有好香嘅牛油味,蜆肉大大粒無沙,意粉硬度適中!身為雞翼迷,凡去到餐廳見到有雞翼叫,我就肯定會叫碟!今次呢美式cajun辣脆雞翼,外皮炸到香脆,再配上辣粉,惹味程度係⋯我覺得自己可以食20隻左右!最後係聖路易斯豬肋骨配蜜糖烤汁!豬肋骨一上枱心諗⋯嘩!洗唔洗咁大碟!豬肋骨肉質嫰滑,唔會乾淨淨,配上蜜糖烤汁,味道好好!重點係配菜嘅薯角,點蜜糖烤汁食,一流!
