將酥皮香蕉撻、檸檬蛋糕、酸忌廉推放在碟上,擺放上沒有什麼美感可言,卻反而更有意想不到的驚喜。散發金黃色的酥皮香蕉撻,獨當一面當上了碟中的主角,鬆脆可口,還帶有陣陣牛油香氣,香蕉焗至已與撻成為一體,蕉脆甜美。檸檬蛋糕也不甘示弱,鬆軟口感,已嬴得了燦爛掌聲。略嫌一下子吃得太甜,酸忌廉與黑漿果可以起上了中和作用。

用針筒放在在甜品之中,很吸睛之餘,更加入玩味元素,曾經有一段時間都有很多甜品店引入這個點子,店員甫放下了焦糖脆脆,其他坐在附近的食客,經已投下注目禮。疑似甜品、疑似飲品,疑幻似真。焦糖脆脆本身是甜的,而特濃咖啡則帶點苦澀味,兩者加起來味道方面當然就能互相配合。
