今晚去咗觀塘工廠區同朋友打邊爐,呢間火鍋店古色古香,配合返個名醉桃園。而且座位都好闊落之餘重有返少少私隱,枱與枱分隔一定距離。湯底-藥膳花雕醉雞,大家都鐘意藥膳嘅味道,有紅棗、黨參、當歸等藥材味道十分濃郁。另外店員教我地以大火煲滾湯底後再浸熟雞件,保持肉質嫩滑。安格斯雪花牛頸脊,夠油脂入口軟腍,有牛味。伊比利亞黑毛豬肋條👍🏻今次唔會輸蝕比個牛,又肉味,而且帶有少少筋多左分口感,但又唔會好靭,意外驚喜~手打鮮蝦丸 & 手打墨魚丸,呢兩個孖寶又係另一必叫,丸丸新鮮彈牙,真材實料。竹笙雲吞,除咗蝦肉外再加咗竹笙,比普通雲吞多了一份爽口。蔬菜叫左唐生菜、粟米、萵筍,只能講新鮮就完勝,而粟米好甜🤤

伊比利亞黑毛豬肋條👍🏻今次唔會輸蝕比個牛,又肉味,而且帶有少少筋多左分口感,但又唔會好靭,意外驚喜~
