To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因工作需要到荔枝角辦點事，正式工作前當然要飽吃一頓豐富早餐。走到荔枝角的工廠區，隨意步入了輝香園茶餐廳。一貫舊式茶餐廳的格局，環境普通喇，衛生情況合理。一份早餐 $30，包麵食多士奄列餐飲，比公司附近的茶餐廳便宜多了。餐肉奄列以半塊餐肉炮製，煎蛋部份仍有蛋汁溢出，口感比預期滑。五香肉丁公仔麵是加工製成品，確實無乜特別。麵質富咬口是值得欣賞的地方。熱咖啡是一般茶餐廳的水準，中下質素。
