To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在公司附近開了一間酒店, 中菜飲茶試了幾了幾次, 不錯, 今次試左西餐廳, 係半自助式. 自助有麵包,中湯,西湯, 沙拉菜,長通粉,番茄仔, 罐頭什果, 西餅, 蘋果汁,橙汁, 咖啡….. 沙拉菜一盆, 但裏面都有好多款, 幾新鮮. 其他就一般.另加set , 有意粉類, 牛扖, 羊扖……第二次多了一款三文魚…..第一次:西湯-栗米忌廉湯 - 好濃的栗米味, 超多栗米打半碎,有口感味也甜中湯-合掌瓜豬骨湯- 幾清甜既老火湯牛扖-五成熟 來到係9成熟, 超un, 肉味也不濃第二次:西湯-番茄湯 有新鮮番茄打爛, 略廉太多番膏蓋曬d番茄3清甜味中湯-蓮藕豬骨湯- 同樣係清甜的老火湯, 但今次不夠熱煎三文魚扖- 不錯, 因上次的牛扖關係, 不大有信心. 但今次來的, 賣相不錯, 食落更好. 外皮脆, 裏面有些生, 令到d肉不會鞋

第二次:
