今日喺觀塘收工,心血來潮去觀塘工廠區搵好野食,真係俾我搵到這間「潮盛館」👍🏻「上湯蝦球伊麵」是廚師推介的一款菜式,雖然是上湯但也有濃濃芝士牛油味,而且份量大份😋「滷水拼盤-墨魚-鵝掌」食潮州菜點少得滷水,墨爽口,鵝掌濃厚滷水味👍🏻👍🏻 如果賠償啤酒更一流「蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒」甜蜜黑椒味重,牛柳粒份量也不少,好香口的菜式,配飯配啤酒都好適合。「啫啫芥蘭煲」我喜歡食啫啫煲因為上台前會炸炸聲,香氣十足,雖然這個沒有,但味道依然,佢用上少許肉粒及大蝦乾,好好味呀😋
