To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多數去半島都係AFTERNOON TEA, 今次試試嘉麟樓飲中茶預先訂位, 到步就即時入座, 服務周到, 座位空間環境都好舒適食物方面都非常滿意, 食材新鮮, 味道鮮明可口當中最難忘既有紅蝦小籠包, 濃湯充滿蝦既鮮甜味仲有少少蝦膏既味道原隻鮑魚撻, 師傅細心將鮑魚中間一開二, 方便入口, 曲奇撻皮牛油味香濃釀蟹蓋, 蟹肉混入洋蔥絲, 可惜我個人唔太愛洋蔥, 覺得洋蔥味對我個人黎講有點蓋過蟹味, 不過啖啖肉都食好爽其實仲有其他點心都唔錯雖然今次食唔到花雕蟹鉗, 不過俾多個理由我可以再黎
