基本上每次吃串燒我都必點白鱔 Water Eel ($68),今次也不例外。四周都燒得金黃,魚皮帶些焦燶,非常香脆可口,鹹香滋味,正!潔白的鱔肉很鮮嫩,亦油潤肥美。調味剛好,鹹鮮有至,不失魚香, 令人滿意,難怪店員極力推介。

店員話有兩款特別的燒魚,我當然馬上兩眼發光。龍躉多數以蒸來烹調,燒龍躉串($68)就未食過,今晚難得遇上。大大件,厚度中等,以胡椒提味,帶點辛辣。魚肉片片分明,肉質紮實,魚油量屬中等,加上沒有了最油潤和富膠質的魚皮,有點可惜....

燒喜之次也吃過數次,但燒石崇魚 ($168)就未試過,究竟其味道和肉質如何?能拍得上喜之次嗎?燒好的石崇魚樣子很生猛,睇得出牠有多新鮮。魚皮燒得金黃帶點焦燶,稍稍香脆。夾開魚身,霧出熱煙,潔白的魚肉有點鬆散,油份雖不及喜之次,但亦是啖啖鮮嫩兼有魚香,吃時蘸些蘿蔔蓉醋汁,令其清新一點,配搭更佳。

最後當然要吃甜品菠蘿 Pineapple ($28)燒好後才砌成小件,既能保留果汁,亦易於入口。色澤鮮黃,帶少少焦色,入口微暖,非常香甜多汁,相當新鮮美味。

坐吧枱多數是吃刺身壽司的Omakase,但今晚就不同,今晚是欣賞串燒師傅。他同樣有一雙巧手,可將每道菜式燒至恰到好處,外表金黃、保持鮮味、鎖緊肉汁、口感一流....你看,串燒師傅正盡顯功架,多投入啊!
