連打2日風都冇咩好野食,行經旺角山東街的#巧 すしたく,裝修甚有日式風格,餐廳主打廚師發辦,價錢由$480/位~$980/位,除了廚師發辦外, 還有烏冬、壽司、 刺身、燒物,定價親民,剛剛好有位,便即時進入開餐囉☺️。我地就點左刺身盛盒,有三文魚、赤蝦、帆立貝、拖羅同墨魚。刺身新鮮厚切,最喜歡吃的是拖羅,脂肪豐富,入口即化感,啖啖滋味。壽司點了三文魚、珍寶赤蝦、北海道珍寶帆立貝同油甘魚腩。最喜歡赤蝦咬落的膠質感,油甘魚甘香,壽司嘅飯剛好,唔怕食2舊就飽晒,可以叫多幾款其他嘅嘢食。日式叉燒烏冬,叉燒同湯調味恰當,唔會過咸,烏冬亦是滑滑的很可口😗。
