To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來主角係蕎麥麵
但一上枱已經比個炸豬扒吸引住
心諗洗唔洗咁大呀

冇講笑真係成個手掌咁大
豬扒用左沖繩產豬 非常厚身
當你以為會好厚粉
但食落去竟然啖啖肉
而且好酥脆 肉質好腍身 正到呢



配搭既手工蕎麥麵食落非常清爽
麵質彈牙 較有韌度 唔會痴埋一舊
放落蕎麥麵汁一齊食涼浸浸
好有夏天既感覺🎐
係有水準既
