To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公眾假期諗住去屏山食嗰午餐，去到華嫂勁多人，小町又冇開，諗住離開之際，突然諗起之前有人介紹過屏山有間好出名食肉餅嘅餐廳，上網一搵原來行兩步就到，就即刻去試吓。一去到要等一陣就入得去。哇，一望到個廚師推介都有好多唔同款嘅肉餅飯，真係唔知點揀好🤣最後，我哋揀咗一個青椒菠蘿牛肉肉餅飯同六重芝士肉餅飯。青椒菠蘿牛肉肉餅一嚟到就真係俾佢個份量嚇親，塊肉餅大個塊面。肉餅好嫩，多汁，有好多碎青椒，不過食唔到我好期待嘅菠蘿嘅。六重芝士肉餅飯好似漢堡包啲肉咁，好滑，芝士味好重，芝士仲可以拉絲。鍾意食芝士嘅人會好鍾意！頭嗰幾啖真係好正，不過食下食下就會覺得有少少膩，同重口味。

一嚟到就真係俾佢個份量嚇親，塊肉餅大個塊面。肉餅好嫩，多汁，有好多碎青椒，不過食唔到我好期待嘅菠蘿嘅。
