To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日睇迪士尼冰上表演,一心諗住快啲食完去睇show,所以去咗呢間比較方便嘅茶餐廳度食嘢,首先,排隊等位,帶位姐姐雖然冇笑容,不過,佢都有基本的服務態度。走到自己的餐枱位置的時候,我們只有兩個人,亦好合理地給我們兩個座位,而我和朋友各自都有背囊和大褸,我亦都好好聲氣地對一位比較肥着青色衫的女侍應說話,問她可不可以給我多一張凳放東西?這位較肥的女士應就立即黑面啤住我講。。。冇!對話完結。。。我心諗呢啲係乜嘢服務態度?黑面講完就離開!我再問另外一位侍應,係咪餐廳唔可以拿櫈放東西?另一位比較老的女士應說,可以,你嗰度夠位可以擺嘢,我第一個反應就是,立即叫你經理出嚟。這位比較老的姐姐好驚咁講,我是炒散的,其實都唔知道邊一個係經理。。。就係咁樣,這位炒散的姐姐就咁就走開左,完全冇理到我嘅感受,當時第一個感覺就是呢間餐廳快啲完約,快啲完-間有合理服務水平嘅餐廳。我一開始未坐低叫嘢食就遇到啲咁嘅情況,無論你煮得幾好食都好,煮到出嚟放係我枱前都飽晒啦,因為都已經一肚氣。無論D嘢食去到爆燈都好,整體都係零分,因為服務態度已經去到負分。講番食物質素,當日我朋友叫了一個乾炒牛河,凍檸茶走甜,我就叫了一個蕃

講番食物質素,當日我朋友叫了一個乾炒牛河,凍檸茶走甜,我就叫了一個蕃茄牛肉飯,熱檸茶。

乾炒牛河,太多油,洋蔥太生,牛肉用得太多梳打粉,牛肉冇晒味,唔知自己食緊啲乜嘢肉,成碟嘢唔夠熱,冇乜鑊氣。最重要就係,是拉差醬隻碟放在乾炒牛河上面。感覺勁唔衛生。

鮮茄牛肉飯,都係洋蔥太生,成碟嘢唔夠熱,根本同兩餸飯冇乜分別,好似全部已經煮定好晒咁,冇乜驚喜,最大驚喜就係佢嘅服務態度。

當我寫呢篇嘢的時候,我亦睇到其他人寫的評價,大部份都是說服務差到冇朋友,自己亦親身經歷過,好亦勸大家,建議行遠少少去返灣仔站食飯。亦好希望會展可以搵其他更好的服務餐廳去取代這間服務咁差嘅餐廳。
