To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗住似大陸野 ok 掛 首先講個環境已經唔係算好好地方好大啲枱又唔乾淨打開櫃桶啲筷子刀叉亂晒籠。餐牌一張紙都冇所謂，全部都唔知係乜嘢黎問個侍應，仲要叫你自己掃QR code自己睇。點知侍應連廣東話都唔識講，全程用普通話同你講嘢。招牌牛肉米粉成$60得6塊牛肉仲要係諧霎霎粉又唔煙靭，有散修修，一啲口感都冇啲湯又要無味成浸油喺面，但係係冇味㗎。自己喺屋企用雞粉煲湯仲好過佢飲埋杯嘢，買單八十幾。頭也不回898呢一世都應該唔會再有下一次
