To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天晚上到此吃自助餐, 心知五百零蚊, 要求也不會太高, 不過完全估唔到, 呢間酒店會用咁差嘅食材, 大部分食物都沒有味道, 我和太太吃了半小時之後, 已經不知道可以吃什麼了, 我真的是可以說, 味道十分差, 本人經常吃自助餐, 都知道 ,有質素的自助餐最少要七百蚊或以上, 只不過, 昨天路過大學站, 又唔需要等位就姑且一試, 但是昨天晚上有被騙的感覺, 環境服務沒有問題, 只是難食, 同網上所寫嘅食評 ,完全背道而馳 ,總之各位小心中伏!
