To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 20/06 同屋企人兩個去食晚飯(裝修後第一次去),當時大約20:00,人流唔算多,目測地方整潔,總共叫了五樣點心:- 鳯爪排骨飯- ⁠潮州粉果- ⁠雪影叉燒包(外賣)- ⁠古法糯米雞- ⁠煎羅白糕前兩樣都正常,但糯米雞糯米淡而無味,只係一堆飯黐埋一齊,餡料亦非常一般,內𥚃潤腸口感霉霉地,無任何香味,整體非常普通。煎蘿蔔糕非常之削,一夾就散,食落冇口感,亦冇蘿蔔味。整體味道比幾年前差了不少,希望以後有所改善。
