To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度聲稱賣既係New York style Bagel，但口感及外觀都同我係NYC 當地食過既Bagel差好遠。我當日揀咗cheese bagel with cream cheese Bagels Alley 既Bagel 體積較細& 幼身，口感係chewy，但外皮極度硬，而係New York當地買到既Bagel普遍口感係chewy 既同時，包身&外皮都keep住柔軟性，絕對唔會硬到石頭咁。所以Bagels Alley 咁硬既外皮，令我難以咀嚼，食之無味。Honey pecan cream cheese 個味就唔錯，但係乜Honey 味Rose latte 正常，但拉花完全失敗。個人認為超市賣既 NY style bagel 仲好食。

Bagels Alley 既Bagel 體積較細& 幼身，口感係chewy，但外皮極度硬，而係New York當地買到既Bagel普遍口感係chewy 既同時，包身&外皮都keep住柔軟性，絕對唔會硬到石頭咁。所以Bagels Alley 咁硬既外皮，令我難以咀嚼，食之無味。
