To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一行七人到陶源飲午茶,難得假期,想享受下天倫之樂。我地係大約9點訂位,飲下午1點。大約一點到,立即有位~正啊~肚餓嘛~ 俾左張大枱我地,大家都坐得好鬆動~真好。我地七個人當然可以叫好多點心啦。第一輪叫左:蝦餃,燒賣,涼伴木耳,灼菜心,秋葵,雞腳,冬菇包,素菜餃,雞扎。等左一陣黎左灼菜心,木耳同秋葵。涼伴木耳辣辣地,酸酸地,好開胃啊~而菜心都幾大碟~之後,等左至少15分鐘先黎冬菇包同素菜餃。冬菇包好味,面頭嗰啲粉應該係朱古力粉,中間係雜茹粒。不錯!素菜餃係羅漢齋餡,味道適中,得啊。因為等左好耐都未黎蝦餃,燒賣,雞腳同雞扎,同服務員講叫佢跟跟,同時追加蝦餃,叉燒,蝦腸,廚師炒飯,乳鸽,春卷,咸水角,芝士脆卷,青瓜海“捷”。过左陣,服務員返黎同我地話無哂雞腳。下,你而家先講,都成20分鐘。之後終於黎蝦餃,焼賣同雞扎。蝦餃新鮮彈牙,ok 啊~ 燒賣就大獲!係唔熟架!豬肉唔熟好危險囉!立即同服務員講。佢立即收左佢。唯有食雞扎。點知!!啲雞又係唔熟!!會唔會係咁……立即叫經理。經理當然赖廚房啦。其後叉燒,乳鴿,炒飯都黎啦。好彩都係熟。叉燒要成$108, 但又唔係特别好味。炒飯有獲low....

總括而言,服務一般,食物一般,上菜時間慢,價錢偏貴。附近有一啲更好更抵食嘅酒樓,唔會再黎陶源。
