To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

所以野都差 不論係食物 服務- 店員在客人耳邊大嗌- 千層麵有鮮茄汁 好臭； 千層麵上面啲芝士 係香口膠狀態- 黑椒汁牛扒 屎色； 牛扒無牛味；黑椒汁唔知咩味- 酥皮忌廉湯 焗唔起嘅酥皮 一塊梳打餅咁擺喺上面 係特別嘅；忌廉湯比罐頭湯更遜色，羅宋湯 係牛尾湯同羅宋湯撈埋一齊 不知所謂- 臭生蠔- 毫無顧客服務意識- 送餐隨便擺，完全唔理客人喺邊 - 凍檸茶用粗吸管？但味道正常嘅- 茉香綠茶正常- 上菜速度極慢- 衛生差 枱面污糟- 奶凍無味 食空氣-
