To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去譚仔三哥吃過橋米線和自選米線，過橋米線裡幾乎都是豬肝，應該叫豬肝米線.自選米線裡選了魚丸、墨丸、火腿和生菜，結果偷工減料，沒有加火腿，給工作人員說碗裡忘加火腿，工作人員處理不及時，後來端來火腿說送給我.非常生氣，本身是他們的失誤，不道歉還說了句送給你！！！最近吃過譚仔雲南米線（街市對面），米線陣，態度和味道都比這家好很多，對這家非常失望，非常失望.不推薦大家吃.不知道其他分店怎樣，堅尼地城這家新開的譚仔三哥米線真的非常差.
