To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係譚仔記仲係蚊形時成日係九龍食，到後來覺得越來越唔好食，搬去元朗後見佢開鋪，鬼咁旺，比多次機會佢，點知真係好唔得。叫左中麻辣湯墨丸米線，墨丸唔好講，合格，不過整體來講；色、香、味各方面都唔得。色：賣相好一般，得好小其他配料，芽菜，腐竹，九菜都得好少；湯，好一般的辣湯樣。香：可以講係無，一D麻辣應有的香都無，一味得辣，好失望味：只辣唔香、唔鮮叫左2個小吃：皮蛋川椒 (推介小吃) 同招牌菜土匪雞翼皮蛋川椒醬汁味道係可以的，不過皮蛋超低質。見圖：係白白淡黃色的蛋黃。唔好話糖心起花咁高要求，但半點皮蛋的濃滑都無。一見個樣已經想叫佢羅走，食左一件，好差，無食。平野都可以好食，都可以用心去做，唔應該為左平，就不顧食物的質數。尤其係小吃，正所謂"小食多知味"。大大碟但咁難食，無用。份量做細D呀，但好味D好過啦！土匪雞翼：已經無晒舊時既香同"蘇"新疆風味。總結係 -- 差。唔會再比機會。
