To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食身味道一般,而且有位男侍應落單時經常聽錯,本來點花雕酒雞翼,佢問左我要雞定雞翼,我好大聲叫雞翼,因為本身唔太鐘意食雞胸,結果來了碟雞,送到來時我話我要雞翼,佢無一句sorry仲要話你講要雞,咁我唯有接受,而且味道相當麻麻。結果明明由$32變成$48,且令我感到不舒服。食食下又聽到另一枱客埋單,人地叫餐加$8跟湯,收錢既後生女唔知專登扮傻定真傻,話比左個原價$12既湯佢。雖小事一椿,但反映到沒有心做生意,雖然食物價錢唔貴亦唔平,作為客人的理應不要有太高要求,但作為消費者,這樣的話對消費者有點兒不被重視的感覺。
