記得以前香港都有一間巴西燒烤,佢執咗之後都冇再食過。直到今次,老婆話想食,我先知原來香港仲有巴西燒,仲可能係唯一一間。間餐廳係蘭桂坊斜路上面,經過蘭桂坊嘅時候不禁有啲傷感。Anyway,嗰晚去嘅時候,基本上冇咩人,既然一場嚟到,點都試下啦。嚟得呢度嘅都係食 Buffet,先講下個 salad bar,都算好多選擇,基本上喺自助餐食到嘅佢都有。有 3 款芝士同埋 parma ham,青口同埋 tuna tiradito 都係正嘅。呢度仲有個傳統菜式 Feijoada,用嚟撈飯出奇地咁好食。如果係食肉獸嘅話,呢度就啱曬。可能因為唔係好多人,啲燒肉出得好快,未食完一樣已經上緊第二樣,連相都影唔切。店員話每晚都有18樣唔同cut,每次拎埋嚟都會介紹下係咩肉。如果你見到個menu有咩想食嘅,都可以直接同佢講。如果想食燒蝦或者燒菠蘿,就要落order。所有嘅燒肉都幾好食,食左 picanha、西冷、羊架、羊腿、排骨、雞槌、雞髀肉、腸仔、蝦同菠蘿。通常店員都會切個邊俾你,如果想食生啲,可以叫佢切另外一邊。佢仲有個牌仔,如果店員見到 "I am still hungry"佢就會不斷拎啲燒肉過嚟。甜品
