To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日放假,決定要食三哥!平日在金鐘上班,要吃一碗米線是一種奢侈,終於等到放假,可以吃一碗三哥米線。大家知道嗎?灣仔打後係無三哥米線的....金鐘同中環的打工仔放飯係要跨區先至可以吃到一碗三哥。過橋米線麻辣湯底5小辣足料的豬潤腩肉竹笙和豆卜,但五十四蚊確實有少少貴。湯底一貫譚仔水準, 麻辣湯底又濃又香,米線彈牙爽口。配菜的肉燥很有鮮味。吃幾口麻辣麵線,再啜一口少甜的凍檸茶,這一刻,大家已經感受到米芝蓮幾多星也是多餘了...另外,蕃茄湯底魚腐米線:蕃茄湯底酸酸地有驚喜!夠曬開胃。魚腐很新鮮,芽菜也爽口! 銅記這裡的女侍應,廣東話口音其實不重,所以不要抱著一心要來感受譚仔特色的心態來晉餐。要讚的是這裡的阿姐好有耐性及禮貌。餐廳環境也比起其他三哥分店也要乾淨清潔。在這裡吃米線,是趟很愉快的體驗。平日人在金鐘,吃大連鎖店高級快餐的所謂米線,只是求其一個湯底,一兩粒魚蛋,一兩塊豬皮,味如嚼蠟。好不容易才從早上捱到午飯時間,奈何吃的米線伴著的只是隨便一pat咖啡色的濃汁。如果有三哥的麻辣5小辣湯底醒一醒神,飯後工作會更有效率啊。要珍惜每次吃譚仔三哥米線的機會,不要視作必然。今天過後,要等到另一次d
