To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到旺角中心逛逛，看到這家清玉好茶，看似衛生情況不錯，而且工序蠻統一的！加上清玉好茶堅持每日熬煮茶底，較特別的是用天然蔗糖調味，理念像是不錯喔，令我有信心一試。有今期優惠。。星期五蘋果冰醋 $20，就來個蘋果冰醋，只有凍嘅供應。蘋果冰醋($20)＋珍珠(+$3)珍珠用料不錯，是小顆粒狀，不會吸實個管，且很有口感呢！說到蘋果冰醋的底子，味道方面大打折扣。由於店員在落單時問到是否需要半糖，我當時嚇了一個凸，真的需要嗎，會唔會很淡呢？但當日唔想飲咁甜，即時反應係好。一出來，個人認為還是很甜，半糖已經如此甜。。那麼少糖或不走糖，便超甜！？蘋果味不太重，醋酸味中上，又酸又甜的衝擊，我受不了喔。。而朋友當天試了熱珍珠奶茶，很好飲呢，茶香奶滑，是差天共地。下次還是嘗試茶類會好一點，畢竟這是個品茶的小地方。
