柴灣係個美食荒漠。無論係柴灣人又或者運動場牛腩。明明多人幫襯但係開左幾年就收皮。牛記係中環頂唔住。就黎左呢樹重開。中環食過一兩轉。印象還可。但係又冇乜好特別。咁而家咁近就黎試下啦。要試梗係試頭牌菜。香露雞。同蘿白牛腩煲。炒多個瓜咁。香露雞。係凍食嫁。記得之前係冬天。今次天口熱。食落感覺果然好好多。皮爽肉嫩。雞味係冇乜嫁啦。不過調味唔錯。最最近要係皮肉之間果層啫哩。真係好過癮。牛腩煲。湯清味甜。蘿白夠透又入味。可惜啲牛腩唔係靚位。纖維粗得很。翠玉瓜炒牛肉。鑊氣足。唔算油。起碼食完個碟底唔會反光。可惜係化學牛肉。食味減半。老實說質素只屬一般。但係在柴灣呢樹。算係中上之作。希望佢可以做落去啦。
