To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去過apm有列車送嘅元氣壽司店,呢排去開元朗於是就去到新一間高速線店舖，裝修比其他更新、更靚仔。同小朋友黎實開心，每人一個Mon點食物，唔洗掙之餘又可慢慢睇、慢慢落order,食完再落又得，自主度好高!我哋黎既時間係星期四，兩點左右，等咗十分鐘就有位，食物第一碟就等得耐d，不過之後就加速番步伐，几好。食物質素同其他元氣也差不多，我通常揀期間限定食物，貪佢又抵又更新鮮。去元氣我會揀黎高速線囉，食得自在痳！
