走進銅鑼灣希雲街小巷,發現一整條街都係各種小店。而我自己就偏愛日式餐廳,所以就揀咗個名好得意嘅「Bilibala」,店內主要走型格黑色,加上微弱嘅燈光,所以都幾有氣氛。沖纙海葡葡一串串綠色嘅海葡萄,口感爽脆又帶海水嘅咸味。梅漬小番茄一咬開成個小番茄爆汁一樣,味道超級清甜。免治雞肉棒每次食串燒都必叫,雞肉棒入面混有雞軟骨,口感豐富又多肉汁。煙肉荔枝咸香又有油脂嘅煙肉包裏住新鮮荔枝肉,荔枝肉嘅酸甜味完全中和晒油膩感。鳥之提燈作為稀有部位,就真係唔係個個地方有得食。特別在於依間嘅提燈比出面更加多汁,超級Juicy。木魚碎茶漬飯我自己就最鍾意飲返碗熱嘅茶漬飯,飯團吸收晒木魚嘅湯汁,帶番少少甜味出嚟。黑糖燒波蘿菠蘿真係每一次都會當甜品咁食,菠蘿表面係焦糖化嘅黑糖,而內層係勁多汁嘅菠蘿油。介紹晒以上我最鍾意呢幾款,有興趣嘅朋友記得試吓。Bilibala Yakitori Bar (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣希雲街23號禮雲大樓地舖

一串串綠色嘅海葡萄,口感爽脆又帶海水嘅咸味。
