Best fd 生日指定要食燒海鮮,之前見到好似有唔少明星食過,咁應該係信心保證。呢個有個好處係有人幫你燒,😂服待周到冇得彈。細芝麻鹽醬椰菜作開胃菜,幾refreshing🤓刺身五盛 精選嘅五款刺身都非常鮮味,我特別鍾意油甘魚,油脂豐腴 。牡丹蝦彈牙,蝦頭嘅膏好甘甜。龍蝦活貝濱燒盛合 組合非常豐富,有鮑魚、蟹腳、蠔、帆立貝。扇貝分別用左兩種方法燒,一係清酒,另一係牛油,猶如紅玫瑰跟白玫瑰。清酒會令扇貝原本的甜味,牛油較香較惹味。鮑魚充滿彈性,有淡淡海水味,唔駛調味已經好好食。蠔 本身不太喜歡燒蠔,但呢個又幾甜冇怪味喎。長腳蟹 已經人手幫你剪開,所以好易拆肉。伊勢海老龍蝦一黎已經好大隻好霸氣,肉質彈牙,餐廳用左比較濃味嘅味噌調味,燒的時候傳出濃郁的香氣。味噌蟹甲羅燒 同出面不同,燒好後加上麵包糠,蟹膏除左creamy 外,仲有脆脆的口感,香而不膩。
