今晚同朋友來到元朗食這間日式店,店舖唔大,位唔多,我們一行人來到先點點前菜,之後才食主菜。雞泡魚乾十分野味,而且軟硬適中,淨食或點醬食有不同風味,送酒一流。比較味淡,不論芝士和年糕。雞翼香脆,淡淡鹽味,但有點乾。主菜開始,皇帝蟹宴四食,先來蟹蓋,超多蟹肉,配上蟹膏,十分香口。黃花魚肉嫩,重咸味,加上燒香,一樣食唔停口。主菜二,燒蟹腳,無乜燒味,而且醬汁味淡。池魚刺身,整食無泥味,新鮮,肉“林”,點上微酸醬汁或刺身醬油配wasabi都一樣好食。因為小弟唔太喜歡大蔥,所以感覺麻麻。不過撇除大蔥味,唔會重酒味,藍青口幾多,足料。魷魚筒徧乾,魷魚鬚微脆,一般。主菜三,SHABU配料豐富,乾烏冬,豆腐,鳴門卷,香菇等。(小弟第一次食乾烏冬,好滑。)主菜四,粥底好綿,不過無乜蟹味,味淡。五個人都係二千幾,唔貴,今餐十分豐富,上菜速度適中,環境舒適,不過主菜四食味道一般,相反池魚刺身和雞泡魚乾有驚喜,滿意的一餐。
