To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早十點見無乜鋪頭有開,就決定去食點心,一入鋪頭冷靜嚴重不足,開放式廚房既蒸氣不斷湧埋黎,一問之下係商場冷氣系統既問題,十點先會開冷氣,夏日炎炎滴住汗咁食都算,始終唔係員工控制到既問題。食物質素普通,本身都無乜期望,咁平都唔會期望有好大驚喜,只係唔明點解會出名同有人專登排隊去食。最嬲既係有位身形肥胖著黑色制服短髮既帶位女職員服務態度極為惡劣,當客人狗咁喝,十分明白貴店只係普通點心鋪頭,無收加一服務費所以唔會有咩服務可言,但基本既禮貌佢都做唔到,入得黎幫襯就係客人,你翻得工,著住公司制服就係收左人工要提供服務,點解可以命令口吻去呼喝客人?塊面一翻工就黑哂,好似個世界欠左佢咁。相信我並唔係第一個覺得佢態度差。食物普通客人都有機會再次光顧,但黎到要受該職員既氣就不會了,希望貴公司認真正視該員工既問題並作出合理及適當既處理,而唔係對客人既意思視而不見。
