To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

柑橘蝦球 - 專程黎食呢個。有D失望。炸粉太厚，柑橘汁太酸。唯蝦身保持爽口彈牙燕窩鷓鴣粥 - 味道還可以，可以再試鵪鶉鬆 - 應該系全晚最好食果道菜。D鵪鶉鬆炒得唔錯。無話太亁又無話太濕。牛肉沙律 - 同想像既完全唔同。幾塊牛肉舖享面，用一D青瓜絲之類薦底。醬汁調教得還可以。陳皮牛肉餅 - 蒸得好差。牛肉餅好似肉碎咁翠玉軒炒飯 - 普通，無咩特別 另外以前成日食既一口乳豬件，可惜太夜去已經售罄
