跟閨密相約晚飯談天,閨密於上環上班,推介新開張的西餐廳Resbyne。我們比訂枱時間早了點到,甫一進門,便獲得侍應專業有禮的招待,印象良好。奉上餐前烘麵包條小食,味道很好,不禁對今晚的美食充滿期待。點了兩份晚餐,比較划算:每份都有一客前菜、主菜及甜品!先來頭盤‘Burrata’ - Heirloom Tomatoes, Balsamic Glaze水牛芝士蕃茄沙律,半固態的水牛芝士口感軟綿,奶香醇厚,加上沙律醋,十分開胃。另一份頭盤是Seared Scallops (+ HK$ 20)- Cauliflower Puree, Keta Caviar烤過的帶子,剛剛熟不會韌,配上三文魚籽,提供有色彩的鹹鮮味 😋😋,還有椰菜花蓉,有心思!主食是Linguine Aglio E Olio - Extra V Olive Oil, Garlic, Chilli橄欖油蒜香扁意粉,炸蒜蓉在中菜一向只擔任香料角色,難得今晚可以當起主角來,而且發揮得甚為出色。蒜香撲鼻的配合著口感軟硬適中的扁意粉,加上初榨橄欖油的滋潤,不消一會便清碟了!另一份主菜選了M4 Striploin (+ HK$ 30) -

和牛西冷7成熟,廚師拿捏得很好,肉質嫩滑,煎烤過更有效散發出香濃的牛味,好好食!連烤焗過的薯仔都非常出色,外層鹹香,內裏軟糯,吃到停不了口 👍👍😋😋

賣相精美,奶凍滑溜,奶味香濃,配合甜甜酸酸的士多啤梨醬及新鮮藍莓,正好緩解奶凍那一絲的滯膩感,好味道!
