今日親戚來香港探親,我帶佢食中午飯,揀左正宗順德菜,叫左一煲湯和店長推薦兩三道小菜,第一道係天麻川芎白芷燉大魚頭湯,餐廳服務好細心,店員上湯時分好湯渣出來,一睇賣相就知足料啦,陣陣藥材味,雞腳好腍連骨都咬得爛,好夠火候,以為魚頭加雞腳會好油膩,但一啲都唔油膩,好飲,正!呢排天氣又雨濕濕,濕重頭痛好岩飲呢個湯,煲湯好大煲,每人飲兩碗仲要剩,最後打包返去晚上再飲。揚明四海瓦罉煎焗魚咀賣相好靚,上左枱先開煲蓋,熱辣辣,香噴噴,魚頭需要切開一半去煎,但煎得外脆香口又入味,食住魚頭睇住店中大魚缸,食得特別有鮮味,其實一人一邊剛剛好份量。成名脆皮咕嚕肉,呢個係我最愛,連我親戚食過都話有水準,因為唔咕嚕肉炸得剛好,肉係半肥瘦豬肉,甜酸醬包住脆皮又包住入面豬肉,有口感有層次,不是外面餐廳食果啲一咬成舊又粉又唔脆,加上甜酸醬調得剛剛好,醋味唔太重好岩小朋友食,一定要點呢個,冇得輸。炸物係好考廚師功力👍🏻讚!籠仔梅菜蒸菜芯遠,睇落好普普通通,用荷葉墊底,得菜芯頭和梅菜碎放面去蒸,以為好清淡,食過又唔係想像中甘樣,梅菜清甜唔會好咸,每條菜芯都係粗幼適中,通常菜心頭係好難咬斷,估唔到又嫩又易咬,配梅菜味道好夾

籠仔梅菜蒸菜芯遠,睇落好普普通通,用荷葉墊底,得菜芯頭和梅菜碎放面去蒸,以為好清淡,食過又唔係想像中甘樣,梅菜清甜唔會好咸,每條菜芯都係粗幼適中,通常菜心頭係好難咬斷,估唔到又嫩又易咬,配梅菜味道好夾,以為荷葉係裝飾,原來食住時會聞到荷葉清香,有令一番風味,親戚話佢覺得呢道菜有創意,會返去自己試煮。
